Return Policy

At Daniel and the Lion, we stand behind every pair of shoes we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simply and fairly.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return, shoes must be:

• In new, unworn condition — exactly as received
• Not worn outside — indoor try-on is fine, but shoes must show no signs of outdoor wear
• Free from dirt, scuffs, odors, or damage
• Returned in the original packaging (preferred)

We reserve the right to refuse any return that arrives in worn, damaged, or unsellable condition.

3. How to Start a Return Email us at daniel@danielandlion.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your shoes for another size or color, subject to availability. Just mention it when you email us at daniel@danielandlion.com and we'll take care of you.

7. Final Sale Items Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged item or the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at daniel@danielanlion.com. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
